How to Make Biscuit Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients required to make chocolate biscuit ice cream:

  • Full cream milk – 1/2 liter
  • Chocolate biscuits – 2 packets
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons

To make chocolate biscuit ice cream, first you need chocolate biscuits. No matter what brand of biscuit it is, choose one that is made with chocolate. Break two large packets of chocolate biscuits into pieces and add them to a mixer jar. Then add two tablespoons of sugar to it and grind it into powder. Then put a heavy-bottomed vessel on the stove. Add half a liter of full cream milk to it.

This milk is high in fat and is also suitable for making ice cream. Once the milk starts to boil and thicken, add the powder mixture that you have prepared and stir it. It should not stick, so be careful to keep the stove on medium heat and boil it for a minute. Then turn off the stove and let it cool. Once it cools down well, add the mixture back to the same mixer jar and grind it.

Pour the ground mixture into an airtight plastic container, cover it with a polythene cover or foil paper, close it tightly and keep it in the freezer. Freeze it for two to three hours. Then take it again and add it to the mixer jar and grind it finely. Only then will we get a thick and tasty ice cream like the one available in stores. After grinding it again, pour this mixture into kulfi molds or small tumblers and insert an ice stick into it. Take it as it is and freeze it.
